Guardian Trust confirms that from 8 June 2009 the Guardian CashPlus Fund has the benefit of the Crown Guarantee.

For the purposes of complying with the requirements of the Crown Guarantee, the Guardian CashPlus Fund can invest only in New Zealand Government securities, and/or, debt securities issued by New Zealand-registered banks also covered by the Crown Guarantee.
